Local Businesses Open on Thanksgiving

Local eateries and gyms are open briefly on Thanksgiving.

 

While most people are home waiting to dive into their Thanksgiving feast, many local businesses are open for food to take-out or dine-in, to get a quick workout and more.

Here's a list of some local businesses open on Thanksgiving day.

Sertinos Cafe, located at 133 West Main Street in Smithtown, is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is running a promotion where if you buy a gift card you will receive 30 percent back in cash rewards on your next purchase.

If you're in the mood for a good breakfast without having to prepare it, two local bagel stores are open – Smithtown Bagels, located at 1 Miller Place in Smithtown, is open from 5:50 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Hot Bagels, located at 534 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown, regularly open 24 hours will close at 2 p.m. and reopen at 9 p.m.

Need a coffee fix? Starbucks, located at 1 Miller Place in Smithtown, is open from 5:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For a sit-down meal you might want to consider Millennium Diner, located at 156 East Main Street in Smithtown. The diner will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In the mood for a workout? Energy Fitness, located at 555 Route 25A in St. James, is open from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., but offers no training or daycare, and the spin class is set for 8:30 a.m. If yoga is your thing, Smithtown Hot Yoga, located at 70 Main Street in Smithtown, is offering at 9:30 a.m. class.

Prana Pilates and Cycling located at 412 Nth Country Rd. open for Pilates Reformer Class at 8:30 and a Revolutionary Indoor Cycling Ride at 9:30 for maximum calories burned before ingested. Classes offered all weekend to keep the body fat away from what may happen today today :). 686-5252

Elegant Eating is open Thanksgiving day for pick up of holiday orders and to offer help for Thanksgiving day emergencies...broken oven, extra guests, unexpected company.
