I do not know him and I will not downplay the fact that innocent people may have been victimized by Read Morehis actions, but it sounds like your motive is more of a personal vendetta against this guy.

Wow. On the war path. I can appreciate being angry for what someone is willing to do to innocentRead Morepeo ple to get high, but until he's convicted in a court of law he's entitled to be presumed innocent until proven otherwise. I don't know this guy or even know of anything he may have done. All I can hope is if he truly did something this horrific he can be rehabilitated and hopefully find ways to make this up to the community that supported him through his youth.

Definitely not a war path. But the fact that people are out there that still think rehab is aRead Morepossib ility is the reason this will be his third arrest. Everyone wonders why society is so much more susceptible to these types of crimes now then we were 10-15 years ago? It's because society has gone soft. Everyone wants to be everyone's friend and try and help. If help didn't work the first two times (he was arrested, while in possession of a controlled substance), why would it work a third. I'm sure if it was your home that was broken into you might not think rehab is effective. My house wasn't broken into just to be clear. Heroin is a rampant issue throughout Long Island the fact that we have one of the highest overdose rates per capita should tell you something. People can go on and on about rehab yet kids keep doing heroin. All I can say is that hopefully sometime soon someone starts cracking down on this somewhere and stops soft stepping around the hard issues. However, that probably will not happen, so in essence it just means that there will be less traffic on Jericho over the next few years.
