SCOPE Pre-School Open House

SCOPE Education Services has announced it will hold an open house/orientation session for its pre-school program on Thursday, January 24, 2013. The two and a half hour  pre-school program has morning and afternoon sessions. For parents interested in learning more about this affordable program, the open house will take place at the Cedar Road Elementary School located at 178 Cedar Road in East Northport from 10AM – 11AM.

“We're very excited to host this session to inform parents about the wonderful opportunities our pre-school program offers,” said Director of SCOPE Education Services George L. Duffy III.  “We encourage parents and guardians of 3-5 year old children to attend this informational forum to learn about our innovative instructional approach that focuses on the unique qualities and needs of each child in our care.”

SCOPE is one of the largest child-care providers in New York State, with more than 1,250 students between the ages of 3-5 annually enrolled in its pre-school programs. All student programs are provided in safe, clean environments that support and nurture growth, creativity and educational success. All teachers are NYS certified, are dedicated specialists in early childhood education, and follow a curriculum that encourages success and high achievement.

"Why are Smithtown teachers continuing to pay for school supplies out of their ownRead More pocket?" Since when? Ever see the big list of supplies kids get in their folders at the end of the year for them to bring in next year? I think you're talking about the wrong school district.
