Author Michael Kannengieser Book Signing at the Nesconset Library

The author will be signing copies of his new book, The Daddy Rock, at the Nesconset Branch of the Smithtown Special Library District on Thursday at 7 p.m.

Smithtown Township Arts Council "Reflections" Exhibit

The Smithtown Township Arts Council consistently brings quality art exhibits to the area, including their latest, "Reflections."

The exhibit is packed with art from New York artists that offers a reflection, whether it is "a physical or a psychological phenomenon," chosen by exhibition juror James Henry Rubin.

The exhibit is open daily, starts at 10 a.m. on weekdays, and could be viewed for free.

Fitness Bootcamp at Fitness 4 You

For $15 seven days a week you could have one hour of a "head-to-toe" workout at the Nesconset gym.

ReFAB PreHab Fitness Class at Costa Physical Therapy

Head over to the location Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. with $15 for a class for adults who get “unguided” physical activity atfer being sedentary for eight hours a day at work. The class focuses on rehabilitative exercises with light weights and high repetitions.

Pilates Reformer Group Session for Beginners

Head over to Prana Pilates, Cycling and Yoga in St. James on Monday with $30 at 10:30 a.m. for a Pilates class on the Reformer Machine.
