Help Wanted: Claims Auditor, Customer Service Representatives and More

Two local insurance companies are hiring for various positions this week. First, Liberty Mutual is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Applicants should have experience working in the insurance field and should have a background in customer service. Duties include speaking to potential customers and assisting in preparing policies according to their individual needs, set up payment plans and assist them with any questions they may have. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for assisting current customers on their policies and helping put insurance claims through as needed.  

The company Esruance is looking for a First Party Medical Claims Auditor. Applicants should be highly organized and has experience working in the insurance field and is good at problem solving. Duties include ensuring that all regulations are being followed and assist in establishing policies and proposals for various states for insurance policies. This position will also involve working with upper management to help problem solve and better procedures as well as performing assessments on state regulations.
