'Just Groovin' Gets Nesconset Movin'

The next concert will take place Tuesday at the Nesconset gazebo.

More than 250 music lovers came out to the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce's free Summer Concert Series Tuesday night with Just Groovin, playing the best dance songs from the 1970s to the present.

According to Suffolk County Leg. John Kennedy's office, this year has featured the largest concert series to date including musical acts 45 RPM, Minute by Minute, That 70s Band, and Songs in the Attic, which kicked off this year’s wonderful series.

During last week's concert, Kennedy collected food for Long Island residents in need on behalf of Long Island Cares, which is based in Hauppauge.

The next show, taking place Tuesday, will feature That 70s Band.
