SSLD Board of Trustees Offers Smithtown and Nesconset Library Branch Construction Updates
The Nesconset branch has a "very tentative" opening date of April, while the Smithtown branch is currently under construction.
Smithtown Special Library District trustee Charles A. Sauer offered construction updates on the Smithtown and Nesconset branches of the library district at Tuesday night’s board of trustees meeting. According to Sauer, much of the Nesconset branch is completed while work to the Smithtown branch is underway.
Sauer said after the meeting that the Nesconset branch has a possible opening date in April, but the date is “very tentative.”
