Looking for a fun thing to do with your friends on a Friday
night? Sick of staying in and watching tv? Come to the Mills Pond House this Spring and Summer Season for a fun night of art making! Explore, create, laugh, hang out, and have a fantastic Friday night while your parents get a free night to themselves as well. Students will talk about art, be given materials and a prompt, but will be free to go wherever their imagination takes them! Ages 7-10
June 8 - Recycled Art - One man's trash is another man's treasure! Students will have the opportunity to work with a varierty of recycled and found materials of their choosing, creating monsters, animals, robots, automobiles, functional inventions or any other sculpture they can imagine! Materials include but are not limited to: plastic bottles, cardboard, tissue paper, recycled bags, magazines, rocks, seashells, leaves and more! Let your creative juices flow and have fun while making a 3-D work of art that you can keep forever!
