Chase Bank in Nesconset Set to Open Mid May

Construction is expected to be finished middle of next week.

The new Chase Bank in Nesconset could be handling the public's banking needs by mid May, a worker at the scene confirmed Tuesday afternoon.

Peter Iannucci, field supervisor for Adelhardt Construction Corporation, said that the expected date for the bank located on the southwest corner of Route 347 and Terry Road to open is May 13. Iannucci also said that work at the scene should be complete by the middle of next week.

Smithtown's Town Board voted unanimously during the Aug. 14, 2012 meeting to approve plans to build the bank near Watermill Caterers and across from the new 7-Eleven.
