From 3 to 6 pm on Saturday, April 28, Vine 2 Wine will be offering tastings of our Crosby Merlot 2010 as well as a mile de Noyers Chablis 1999. The Crosby Merlot offers up a nose of violet, truffle, earth, coffee, and leather. On the palate, notes of currant, black cherry, oak, and smoke round out to a nice finish. The Chablis is smoky and extremely well balanced. This wine will excite the accomplished Chablis drinker who knows the difference between structure and flare. With notes of butterscotch on the nose, and a long, lengthy finish, this Chablis one of the most exciting we’ve seen in a while.
