Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

Come down to Vine 2 Wine on Sunday, July 29 from 1-4pm for a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing. This week we will be focusing on a producer called Triennes. We will be sampling their 2011 Rosé as well as their 2008 St. Auguste. The Rosé features tantalizing aromas of red and citrus fruit and melon. This rosé is round and voluptuous on the palate, while being extremely well balanced and harmonious and is characterized by a freshness and elegance that one undoubtedly looks for in a rosé wine. The St. Auguste, the flagship red, is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. A dark, dense wine with purple hues, it shows spicy aromas combined with ripe fresh fruit. The palate is rich and full of life with plenty of structure. This is a wine that needs some air to open up and show it’s true colors.
