Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

On Saturday, June 2, from 3 until 6 pm, Vine to Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting.  Featured in this tasting will be Bleecker California Chardonnay as well as Bodini Mendoza Malbec.  The Bleecker Chardonnay was a happy accident of the winemaker in that 2009 and 2010 vintages of Chardonnay were inadvertently blended.  With 100% steel tank fermentation, the result is a luscious, fruity explosion.  The Bodini Malbec is perfumed with aromas of ripe cherries and some sweet oak.  This wine is full, fresh, and plump in the mouth with loads of spicy red and black fruits.  It has a great structure with tons of ripe, fleshy tannins and a long, long finish.  We’d love to see you there.
