Nisen 347 Fills Spot Left By Ara International Grille and Bar

New sushi restaurant to become fifth restaurant in troubled location.

Five times may be a charm as the building left vacant by the now closed Ara International Grille and BAr at the intersection of Route 347 and Middle Country Road will be filled by Nisen 347.

The two-story building has been vacant since December of 2011 when restaurant Ara International closed its doors after having only been open for three months.

Nisen 347 will be the fifth business on that location in fifteen years. The building was rebuilt in 2000 after a fire evicted strip bar Brass Monkey. Nisen has locations in Commack and Westbury.

Will the fifth time be a charm? Let us know what you think in the comment section.
