St. James fashion shop, Lindsay B Boutique closed its doors last week after being open for one year.
The North Country Road shop, located next to the fish market sold women’s fashions, jewelry and accessories. The boutique was housed in a Victorian style home and has 750 feet of space suitable for retail or office use.
“It is a great space,” said Eric Neitzel of realty firm, DeBarbieri Associates. “It is done very well inside and would be good for an office or another retail store.”
The space rents for $1,750 per month.
