Attilio's Move Means New Vacancy Looms [Empty in Smithtown]

While filling one vacancy in St. James the eatery will leave its former home without a tenant.

Attilio's Pizza & Grill will make the move from Smithtown to St. James soon, and while it will fill one vacant storefront locally it will create another.

The eatery will take over the former home to Bella Vita City Grill, who . The move, , will leave its 60 Terry Road location empty.  

The storefront is now listed on MLSLI.com with a $49,999 price tag.

The real estate website lists the total space of the store at 1,000 square feet and states the business was in business for eight years at the location. The location is listed by Laura Girard for Island Advantage Realty.

Dn't worry, the district will bully and scare the parents into voting yes by threatening programs instead of doing what they need to do which is reduce administrative costs.

We can all make a statement one way or another when we vote. However, that statement should be madeRead More on a state level not the local level. Boards of Ed are powerless to do any real cost cutting. The state needs to take this on. We need real reform in Albany to reduce the ever increasing pensions and life long benefits that educators enjoy. Combine this with letting Albany decide salary increases for all educators and we can guaranty tax reductions over the next few years. Its that simple, Boards cannot do these. Lets get Albany to move on these NOW!
