Army Career Center Fills Main Street Pet Store Vacancy
No opening date for the center has been announced.
Fire ravaged Smithtown's Main Street pet store Pick of the Litter in July of last year and was put up for rent this past January. The location only remained on the real estate market for less than three months.
A sign on the location's awning went up Friday announcing its newest tenant, an Army Career Center.
No one at the soon-to-be career center, located at 105 East Main Street, could be reached for comment by time of publication.

Smithtown is no stranger to military recruiting and training centers as there is a US Marine Corps Recruiting office located east of the Army Career Center at 141 East Main Street.
