A family-owned Hauppauge pizzeria is under construction as it expand to take over a neighboring storefront. Construction workers were hard at work outside LoPiccolo's Pizzeria & Ristorante Thursday afternoon sanding a new wood storefront and putting up trim in preparation for the restaurant's expansion.

Commack

Commack residents were greated by a "Welcome to Moe's" as they checked out the town's newest restaurant Thursday afternoon. Moe's Southwest Grill opened its Commack restaurant at 60 Veterans Highway, in the Target shopping center, on April 12. The quick-casual restaurant is known for its fresh made-to-order burritos and southwestern menu.
