To start your workweek off right, here's some information you'll need to know on Problem Gambling Awareness Week, library programs offered this week, where to find a new job locally and more.

1. There are quite a few events and programs, especially "how to" programs, going on this week at the Smithtown Special Library District. Check with us at 9 a.m. for a list and description of all of them.

2. Are you looking to change your career? Want to pick up a second job? At 11 a.m. make sure to check out Help Wanted where we cover all the places hiring locally.

3. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can drop off your old prom dresses at Daniel R. Bracciodieta & Associates in Saint James where .
