Community Update

This place is horrible. It's under new ownership as of the summer, and I had a gift certificate from Ellen's that expired in December 2013. They wouldn't honor it because they said it wasn't there business anymore, even though it has the same phone number and the sign outside still says Ellen's Nails. The would only honor it for 3 months after they took over, which means my gift card expired in September with no way of me knowing. It really wouldn't have cost them anything to put a couple of coats of polish on my nails, but the only thing the owner offered me was $2 off each service. The owner wouldn't accommodate me at all, and wasn't concerned about losing a customer.
