Duets Star on H2O's Valentine's Weekend Menu

H2O Seafood Grill (www.h2oseafoodgrill.com), popular for its deep and broad fish menus with something for everyone, adds duet specials to its a la carte dinner menu over Valentine’s Weekend, Thursday,
February 13 – Sunday, February 16.

Among the appetizers are a lobster salad for two -- a

shelled 1-pound lobster with wild arugula, garlic crostini and citrus mustard

($18 per person); and an ahi tuna duet  -- spicy crab and tuna roll along with  a wasabi and pea-crusted seared tuna with avocado

puree and piquillo peppers ($16).

Entrees will include pan-roasted shrimp with wild mushroom

risotto, black truffle broth and baby leeks ($30); and “beef and reef” for two with filet mignon, house-style

“millennium” crab legs with chive potato puree and lemon garlic confit ($50 per

person).

Valentine dessert for two features dark chocolate chiffon cake and white chocolate pistachio cake with raspberry

mousse ($16).

An extensive wine list opens with wine-on-tap ($10 - $12) –

celebrated for its maximum flavor, freshness and value as well as reducing

carbon footprints  – with a Napa

Sauvignon Blanc by Raymond, a Veneto Pinot Grigio by Osvaldo, a Californian

Pinot Noir by Rancho Rodeo and a North Fork Merlot by Palmer. In addition to a

full range of international varietals are sparking wines and Champagne.  By the glass there is Italy’s Spumanti Brut

($10). By the bottle are a Blanc de Blanc from the North Fork’s House of

Sherwood ($60); Spumanti Brut NV from Italy’s Zardetto ($40); a Cava Brut Rose

by Spain’s Llopart ($45); and classic Champagne from France’s Moet &

Chandon, Imperial ($120) and Dom Perignon ($280).
