Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

This Saturday, November 10, from 3-6pm, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting featuring Patrick Piuze Chablis “Terroir de Courgis” 2011 as well as Famiglia Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon 2008. The chablis shows the inherent richness of these clay rich soils of Courgis. This vintage boasts a serious backbone of fruit, with plenty of depth and structure to back up the wine's sheer power and richness. The cabernet shows an intense red/purple color. Boasting a omplex nose of berries,spice, cedar and chocolate. This cabernet delivers a rich, full texture with berry-spicy-cedar flavors. It is a well balanced wine with a lingering, pleasing finish.
