H2O Seafood Grill (215 West Main Street, Smithtown, NY 11787 [631] 361-6464 or www.h2oseafoodgrill.com) celebrates its 12th anniversary with a three-course $40 price-fixed dinner and wine deals -- half off every bottle of wine with up to triple digit savings plus unlimited glasses of wine with any entrée at $10 -- from Monday, November 18 to Sunday, November 24.

Once a year the 100+ wine list at H2O, regularly $24 to $450 for a half to full bottle, is half price. Anniversary bottle prices start at $12 (regularly $24) for a Napa Valley Frog’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc, $135 (regularly $270) for Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and up to $225 (regularly $450) for Cristal Champagne.    There are 25 fish-friendly red wines and scores of whites with many mid-priced bottles (regularly $30 - $80) from the world’s finest wine regions.   Wines by the glass include top labels such as Bastianich. Cambria, Emiliana, Frog’s Leap, Layer Cake, Novas, Stack House, Stag’s Leap and William Hill.

The $40 price-fixed anniversary week menu selections by Executive Chef Michael Meehan include:

FIRST COURSE SELECTIONS

*Fried local oysters with vegetable slaw, lemon aioli

*Grilled NY State quail with Jack-be-little pumpkin and local corn succotash

*Shrimp and avocado chopped salad with tomato vinaigrette

 SECOND COURSE SELECTIONS

*Carnivore and crustacean featuring a petit filet mignon and king crab surf with

roast fingerling potatoes, asparagus and onion crisps

*Bamboo steamed halibut with kabocha squash, lime coconut rice and red curry

*H2O rocket roll of lobster, avocado, king crab tempura

*Pan-roasted diver sea scallops with braised pork belly, baby spinach, apple chip, cider sauce

 THIRD COURSE SELECTIONS

*Poached autumn pear with cinnamon white wine syrup

*Pumpkin cheesecake with almond spice crust
