Art and Ecology We live in a beautiful world. Our incredible
living planet inspires so much of what we see as beautiful in art. Come on a journey
of learning about the natural world and its celebration through art. Each day we
will explore a different ecosystem including the ocean, rainforest, wetlands, desert,
and tundra. We will discuss various plants and animals that inhabit each of these
ecosystems and the roles these ecosystems play in the health of our planet. Art
projects will feature the ecosystem and animals of the day. We will also learn about
recycling and creating art out of "found objects." Students signing up
multiple sessions will find that we focus on different animals and plants in each
session. Teacher: Ivy Michelle Berg
