The Health Issues
A show will always be performed
To entertain us when we’re down.
There will always be those
People Born to provide some gaiety
To make us forget our troubles.
During The Depression,
My Parents remember
Saving up a nickel
To go to the movies.
Hard times were forgotten.
The health issues
We face today
Make us grateful
To watch shows like
“I Love Lucy”.
