NDA's New "Show All" Facebook Campaign

Our new Facebook campaign aims to show a 'behind the scenes' look at our new renovation projects on Long Island.

NDA’s Facebook page is starting a new campaign to give the community an inside look at our remodeling business.  We’ve always felt that the culture and tradition here at NDA has been based on honesty and integrity.  Having said this, we realize people SAY that their business is honest and transparent all the time.  Instead of asking you to blindly invest in our services, we’re going to show pictures of our progress and post customer quotes on our company Facebook page.

NDA owner Ed Rowland has a good grasp on the big picture, as it has helped him build his company from the ground up since 1980.  We’re taking a different approach than other small businesses in communicating with the public.  We don’t want you to just take our word for it that we’re a high-quality, trustworthy business.  We want you to get on our social media channels and check it all out yourself.

The first couple to take part in our campaign was Steve and Stephanie Gleason from St. James.  It’s been a pleasure to work with them so far, and we are excited to see their two-story condo after it’s finished.  Just a couple days into the renovation, Steve was already convinced he made the right choice in NDA, and was ready to give us his initial thoughts.  He offered, “If you need any renovations done to your home, kitchen, baths, anything… there is no other place to go except NDA.  Just began a major renovation of a recently purchased condo and never have worked with a more professional organization.  They just don’t plan the renovation; they complete the renovation like it was their own home!”  He also said he’s so excited for the complete two-floor renovation to be completed, and is anxious to see the before, during, and after photos.  We’re so grateful that Steve spoke his mind and supported the NDA Team.

To go with our status updates of home remodeling projects, we have compiled a nice collection of renovation advice and tips for home owners.  We’re also answering any questions you might have about us or home remodeling in general.  Finally, since we do jobs all over Long Island, we update the community with current news as well as upcoming special events which you may not know about.  NDA is doing our best to serve Long Island, anyway that we can.  Here is a link to our Facebook page:

How, in a period of rapidly declining enrollment, can costs be increasing so much from year to year,Read More you ask? The answer is in front of you in black and white. I urge you to READ your district’s budget: we are funding retirements when many of us cannot afford to fund our own during difficult economic times. These wheels were set in motion by contracts negotiated in times of unrealistic growth that may likely not occur again. It is time to open up these plans and relieve this unfair burden from our shoulders. Whatever other measures are pursued in order to control costs, including consolidation within and eventually with other districts, are never going to be enough if you cannot get this problem corrected. Write your congressman, for the love of God. If you need any more incentive to do so, please go to http://rocdocs.democratandchronicle.com/database/teacher-pensions-new-york and look at what Smithtown’s retirees are collecting MONTHLY. It will sicken you.

Tomorrow is the vote..vote NO NOW or our taxes are going to continue to sky rocket. Unless we doRead More something this town will continue to spiral down. More taxes aren't going to help. We need to cut expenses and get ourselves on a fiscally responsible plan.
