The most recent arrest and incident activity in the Smithtown (4th Precinct) area from the Suffolk County Police Department.
- Aug. 10: Isiah Ramos, from Ronkonkoma, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
- Aug. 10: Gary Banville, from Kings Park, was arrested for harassment.
- Aug. 10: George Verdon, from Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested for assault.
- Aug. 10: Melissa Buchanan, from Northport, was arrested for criminal impersonation.
- Aug. 9: James McInerney, from Smithtown, was arrested for petit larceny.
- Aug. 8: Nicholas Guagneur, from Selden, was arrested for criminal misdemeanor - intent to damage property.
- Aug. 8: Brenda Gaines, from Wyandanch, was arrested for petit larceny.
- Aug. 8: Denise Scuderi, from Smithtown, was arrested for petit larceny.
- Aug. 8: Peter Schmitt, from Ronkonkoma, was arrested for harassment.
