Crime Report: Criminal Mischief Charge, DWI, and Fleeing a Cop

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during April 4-12.

Kerri Howard, 38, of Rego Park was arrested April 12 in Smithtown and charged with second degree aggravated harassment. 

Andrew Oflaherty, 37, of Central Islip was arrested April 12 in Smithtown and charged with criminal mischief. 

Nick Gomezsierra, 24, of Corona was arrested April 11 in Smithtown and charged with fourth degree grand larceny.

Kim Dichristina, 33, of Smithtown was arrested April 10 in Lake Ronkonkoma and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana.   

Eric Brooks, 25, of Nesconset was arrested April 10 in Smithtown and charged with criminal mischief. 

Michael Ferrara, 41, of Dix Hills was arrested in Smithtown and charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, second degree criminal mischief, three counts of second degree burglary, and second degree assault.  

Vicent Pensavalle, 42, of Scranton was arrested April 10 in Smithtown and charged with three counts of second degree burglary, and possession of burglary tools. 

George Wadsworth, 48, of St. James was arrested April 9 in Nesconset and charged with first offense DWI. 

Nicholas Tietjen, 25, of Coram was arrested April 8 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. 

Nicos Joannides, 18, of Holbrook was arrested April 8 in Nesconset and charged with first degree drug impairment while operating a motor vehicle. 

Peter Kinzie, 23, of St. James was arrested April 8 in Nesconset and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Alexa Avellino, 19, of Nesconset was arrested April 8 in Nesconset and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.  

A seventeen year old of Smithtown was arrested April 8 in Smithtown and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Christopher Dutton, 18, of Kings Park was arrested April 8 in Smithtown and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. 

Wanny Loo, 47, of Brookville was arrested April 7 in Smithtown and charged with failure to obey a police officer.

John Degraw, 30, of Commack was arrested April 5 in Smithtown and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. 

James Barrette, 29, of St. James was arrested April 4 in St. James and charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer.
