Crime Report: Drunk Driver Hits 2 Cars, Leaves Scene of Both Accidents

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during April 22 - 28.

Frank DiLuciano, 51, of St. James, was arrested in St. James on April 23 at 9:40 p.m. on first offense DWI, first offense leaving the scene of an accident with injuries and operator leaving the scene of an accident with property damage charges. Reports state DiLuciano was in a 2009 Infiniti that was involved in two separate accidents on the same day. Police said DiLuciano was driving southbound on Lake Avenue north of Route 25 when he collided with a 2012 Volkswagen, causing injury to a passenger in the vehicle he struck, and then left the scene of the accident without exchanging information. Police said DiLuciano then struck another vehicle on Route 25 east of Astor Avenue, also leaving the scene. DiLuciano was arrested on Oak Street, according to police.

Domingos Salgado, 26, of Selden, was arrested in Smithtown on April 28 at 2:38 a.m. on first offense DWI charges. Reports state Salgado was found sleeping in a 2011 Volkswagen while the car was running.

Jordan Grant, 19, of Central Islip, was arrested in Smithtown on April 25 at 10:20 a.m. on third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance – narcotic drug charges. Reports state Grant was in possession of heroin.

Edwin Boneta, 18, of Central Islip, was arrested in Smithtown on April 25 at 1 p.m. on third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance – narcotic drug charges. Reports state Boneta was in possession of heroin.

Ashley Brown-Narkah, 20, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on April 24 at 10:20 p.m. on fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance charges. Reports state Brown-Narkah was in possession of a stun gun, marijuana and Methadone. 

Joseph Bouchedid, 22, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on April 24 at 10:20 p.m. on seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance charges. Reports state Bouchedid was in possession of prescription medication.

Sarah Larson, 19, of Holbrook, was arrested in Smithtown on April 22 at 5:45 p.m. on second-degree possession of a forged instrument charges. Reports state Larson was in possession of several stolen and forged personal bank checks.
