Crime Report: Duo Charged in String of Gas Station Robberies
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown.
Victor Noce, 33, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on Nov. 16 on charges of assault while recklessly causing physical injury, a misdemeanor. Reports state Noce was arrested stemming from a Nov. 9 incident on Route 25 at Southern Boulevard in St. James at 7:25 p.m. where he was driving his 2010 Kia in a reckless manner, hitting person on his right knee causing him to fall backwards, hit his head and lose consciousness.

Police arrested two Brentwood individuals after they allegedly robbed three gas stations last week, armed with weapons.
Lynteenie Codner, 21, was arrested in Smithtown on Nov. 14 on three counts of first degree robbery while displaying a firearm and one count of third degree robbery, all felonies. Stephanie Machado, 19, was arrested in Smithtown on Nov. 14 on two counts of first degree robbery while displaying a firearm and one count of third degree robbery, all felonies.

Reports state Codner and Machado displayed a firearm at an undisclosed Gulf gas station on Sept. 29 and robbed the store of money. According to reports, Codner and Machado also displayed a firearm and robbed cash from an undisclosed Mobil gas station on Sept. 30 and Monte's Service Station in North Babylon on Sept. 13.
