Crime Report: DWI Charges and Leaving the Scene of Accident

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in the Fourth Precinct.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during March 7-16.

Vincent Piazza of Commack was arrested March 16 in Smithtown and charged with DWI.

Patrick Jaeger of St. James was arrested March 16 in Saint James and charged with ac in manner injuring a child.

Evren Evrensel of Smithtown was arrested March 16 in Kings Park and charged with third degree trademark counterfeiting.

Joseph Carlsen of Brookhaven was arrested March 14 in Nesconset and charged with a narcotic drug possession.

Anthony Benkovitz of Smithtown was arrested March 13 in Kings Park and charged with first offense DWI.

Ceylan Yuksekbas of Selden was arrested March 12 in Smithtown and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Timothy Wray II of East Northport was arrested March 11 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI.

Selina Piscitelli of West Sayville was arrested March 11 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI.

Erin Kittelstad of Holtsville was arrested March 11 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI.

Carlos Regalado of Brentwood was arrested March 10 in Smithtown and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
