Crime Report: DWI Charges and Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during July 27-31.

Jerson Sanchez, 27, of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested July 31 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Sanchez was arrested for allegedly operating a 2004 Honda while intoxicated on Maple Ave., Smithtown.    

William Schoepfer, 24, of an unknown town was arrested July 31 in St. James and charged with second degree criminal contempt. Reports indicate Schoepfer was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection on King Arthur Ct., St. James at approximately 11:45 p.m.

Julee Sung, 40, of East Setauket was arrested July 29 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Sung was arrested for allegedly operating a 1998 Lexus while intoxicated on Elliot Pl., Smithtown at approximately 9:04 p.m.    

Nicholas Maddaloni, 20, of St. James was arrested July 28 in Smithtown and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Maddaloni was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Edgewood Ave.

Nicholas Fasanelli, 57, of Smithtown was arrested July 27 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Fasanelli was arrested for allegedly operating an unknown type of vehicle while intoxicated on Route 111 and Route 347 in Smithtown at approximately 7:55 p.m.
