Crime Report: DWI, Petit Larceny and Home Invasion Charges

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in the Fourth Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during May 11-17.

Christino Torres, 46, of Smithtown was arrested May 17 in Smithtown and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Reports state Torres was arrested on New York Avenue, Smithtown for the alleged operation of a 1998 Nissan Sentra without a driver’s license.

Alana Negrin, 33, of Smithtown was arrested May 17 in Smithtown and charged with petit larceny. Reports indicate Negrin was arrested on Route 25A, Smithtown for the allege theft of groceries from the Stop and Shop located on Route 25A, Smithtown.    

Samantha Badillo, 19, of Saint James was arrested May 16 in Smithtown and charged with second degree burglary. Reports indicate Badillo was arrested on Veterans Memorial Highway, Smithtown for the alleged unauthorized entrance into a home located on Climb Ct., St. James.  Reports indicate she entered through the garage.

Sabrina Delio, 19, of Holbrook was arrested May 13 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Delio was arrested in Smithtown for the alleged operation of a 2007 Nisan without a driver’s license.    

Jaime Ceron, 37, of Holtsville was arrested May 13 in Smithtown and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Reports indicate Ceron was arrested on Veterans Memorial Highway, Smithtown for the alleged operation of a 2004 Mazda while intoxicated.    

Juan Martinez, 32, of Smithtown was arrested May 11 in Ronkonkoma and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Martinez was arrested on Terry Rd., Ronkonkoma for the alleged operation of a 2006 BMW while intoxicated.
