Crime Report: Exposure Charges, Marijuana, and Stolen Turkey Breast

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in the Fourth Precinct

Editor's Note: One or more names in this report have been redacted in light of additional documentation provided regarding this case.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during Oct. 29 – Nov. 4:

Timothy McCloskey, 21, of Manorville was arrested Oct. 29 in Smithtown and charged exposure. Reports state he urinated and exposed himself to people.

Mansour Wahidi, 17, of Huntington was arrested Oct. 29 in Smithtown and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports state Wahidi possessed pills in his 1997 BMW glove box.

Megan Delkelmann, 18, of Huntington Station was arrested Oct. 29 in Smithtown and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Reports state Delkelmann possessed marijuana in a clear plastic bag in her pocketbook.

Marguerit Kearns, (unknown age), of Smithtown was arrested Oct. 29 in Lake Grove and charged with petit larceny. Reports state Kearns stole jewelry and placed in her pocket.

Brian Blandina, 30, of Coram was arrested Nov. 2 in Smithtown for criminal mischief. Reports state Blandia threw a cologne bottle a vehicle breaking the side view mirror.

Michael Hales, 30, of New York was arrested Nov. 2 in Smithtown and charged with disorderly conduct. Reports state Hales violated an order of protection.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must write the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
