Crime Report: Stolen Night Deposit Bag, Bracelet

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during Oct. 7-13.

Kimberly Oquendo, 21, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Smithtown on Oct. 10 on third degree grand larceny charges, a felony. Reports state Oquendo stole a night deposit bag with cash in it.

Danielle Macias, 36, of Ridge, was arrested in Smithtown on Oct. 8 on fourth degree grand larceny of property valued greater than $1,000 charges, felony. Reports state Macias stole a gold and diamond bracelet.
