Crimes Nearby: Kicked Police Officer in Commack

Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.
Three Village
Michael Mangione, 53, of Moriches, was arrested April 7 in East Setauket and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Police said Mangione put a 55-inch television in a shopping cart at Walmart in East Setauket and left the store through the garden area.
Anthony Medina, 25, of Farmingville, was arrested April 6 at 2:20 p.m. in South Setauket and charged with petty larceny. Police said Medina took a prepaid cellphone at Jefferson's Ferry.

Keith Corrigan, 45, of Nissequogue, was arrested April 5 in East Setauket and charged with DWI. According to reports, Corrigan was heading west on Route 347 and police stopped him after he allegedly rolled past the white line at a red light.
Marlene Hoehne, 28, of Port Jefferson, was arrested March 30 in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. According to reports, Hoehne was traveling south on Nicolls Road at 2:45 a.m. and police stopped her after she allegedly failed to stay in her lane.

Commack
Timothy Judge, 41, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. April 3 and charged with DWI first offense. Police said Judge was driving a 2004 Chevy westbound on Jericho Turnpike while in the eastbound lane.
Joseph Rippolone, 22, of Harrison Township, MI, was arrested April 3 and charged with DWI first offense. Police reports state Rippolone was driving a 2007 Toyota on Jericho Turnpike with the car alarm going off and car horn blowing.
Joseph Parker, 24, of East Northport, was arrested April 3 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Police said was driving a 2010 Honda on Jericho Turnpike at 3:34 a.m. when he lost control of the car while traveling eastbound, hitting a tree on the south side of the roadway.
Steven McCune, of Commack, was arrested April 3 and charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a controlled substance. McCune was pulled over on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, when police officers discovered he was in possession of a controlled substance. McCune kicked and fought one of the officers when they attempted to arrest him, according to police reports.

Hauppauge
Santos Zavala, 48, of Central Islip was arrested April 5 and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a required interlock device and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Zavala was driving when he was pulled over by police conducting a truck inspection point off Exit 53 of the Long Island Expressway.
Steven McCune, of Commack, was arrested April 3 and charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a controlled substance. McCune was pulled over on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, when police officers discovered he was in possession of a controlled substance. McCune kicked and fought one of the officers when they attempted to arrest him, according to police reports.

Miller Place-Rocky Point
Michael Power, 18, of Sound Beach, was arrested April 2 in Sound Beach and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Power was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sound Beach Boulevard, police said.
Andrew Eustace, 26, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested April 1 and charged with aggravated DWI. Police said Eustace was arrested on North Country Road and Sylvan Ave. at 8:46 p.m. after he was involved in a crash heading eastbound on North Country. Eustace allegedly crashed his 2001 GMC Denali into a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After he struck the Jeep, he collided with a LIPA pole and fled the scene. Police located him and arrested him.
