Former Smithtown Man At Center of Murder Trial
Craig Miller, a government witness in the case against Christian Tarantino, says he saw body parts in a bin he helped dump in the ocean.
A former Smithtown man is a key witness in the trial of Christian Tarantino, who is being retried for the 1994 murder of an East Meadow man, Louis Dorval, according to a Newsday report.
The article said Criag Miller, who lived in Smithtown at the time of the incident, was with Tarantino in what he thought was supposed to be a dump of burglary tools in the Atlantic Ocean, when he saw human body parts in the bin, including a foot, the report said.
Miller has since moved to Florida.
