Police: 2 Men Steal Polo, Nautica Clothes from Macy's

The theft occurred on Aug. 30 at the Smith Haven Mall, according to police.

Suffolk County Police are looking for two men that stole clothing from Macy's in the Smith Haven Mall in August.

According to police, the two men stole Polo US Open and Polo Olympic shirts and Nautica jeans on Aug. 30 at 8:50 p.m., valued at approximately $795.

One man is described as a black man, anywhere from 6-foot to 6-feet 2-inches tall, around 240 pounds, and wearing an orange Aeropostale hooded sweatshirt, an orange hat and dark pants during the theft. The second man was described as a black man about 6-feet 1-inch tall, around 200 pounds, and was wearing black clothing at the time of the theft.

A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a for information that leads to an arrest, and anyone with information could call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS.

"Why are Smithtown teachers continuing to pay for school supplies out of their ownRead More pocket?" Since when? Ever see the big list of supplies kids get in their folders at the end of the year for them to bring in next year? I think you're talking about the wrong school district.
