Police: Pedestrian Struck by Car in Lake Ronkonkoma
A police investigation is underway.
Suffolk County Police responded to an accident in Lake Ronkonkoma on Wednesday night where a pedestrian was struck by a car.
According to police, officers responded to a call that came in at 7:18 p.m. of an unidentified person being hit by a car on Smithtown Boulevard at Jefferson Street. Police said the person is currently awake and speaking.
Officers are at the scene and an investigation is underway.
