Here are this year's school supply lists and a few places to shop for needed items and sales.

School supply lists are out and the race is on to get what you need before the stores start stocking snow boots and shovels. Here are links to each school's lists 5 local places where you could pick up some supplies:

1. –  Staples has plenty of folders, notebooks, binders, pens, pencils and more and can sometimes be the solution to a hard to get teacher requested item. This week Staples is offering $5 off a purchase of $50 or more.

2.- Target is a super department store that will carry a wide array of children's backpacks, notebooks, folders and any other supplies your child might need. Hit it up this week if you are shopping for dorm supplies, which Target has a wide selection of. Click here for this week's ad.

3. - Load up on lunch box treats with a short trip to this local drug store. Click here for this week's ad.

I found that Target and Walmart had the best deals for school supplies! Had to go to Staples, however to find the 1/2 inch black binder needed for grade 4 band! :)
