We obtained the supply lists, hit the local supply stores and compiled a printable price comparison chart of the most common items. For more than half of the surveyed items, Walgreens either had best deal or tied for the best deal with Staples. CVS was cheapest choice for supplies the least often, only surpassing Staples and Walgreens for bottom-pocket plastic folders and highlighters.
