Adult - Yogalates
Combining Yoga and Pilates, using the relaxation and breathing techniques of Yoga and the overall muscle and core strengthening and flexibility aspects of Pilates.
5-week series.
The series is open to beginners and those who have had Yogalates experience. Age 16 and up. No class November 6. Please bring a Yoga mat or towel to class. Space is limited.
