Who wants to see a bunch of Smithtown teachers getting schooled playing basketball against a team of elite ballers?
Head over to the main gym at Smithtown High School West at 6 p.m. on Thursday to see a team of teachers take on the Harlem Wizards, a game sponsored by the Smithtown West DECA. Tickets for the event are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. You could go to the website westdeca.wordpress.com or call 382-5212 for tickets.
The Wizards have been impressing crowds with "trick hoopz and ally oops" for more than 50 years and will undoubtedly put on a great show for locals.
This isn't the first group of teachers the Wizards have played against locally as they took on a team of Hauppauge teachers in January.
