Smithtown Central School Districti's website is getting a "makeover" before the fall.
As the countdown for back-to-school gets underway, Smithtown Central School District is preparing itself for a new year in today's digital world.
Smithtown Central School District's website is temporarily down as of this week. The district will be getting an updated website for the 2013-14 school year.
"We're having some work done. While we get a makeover, here is some of the most important info," reads the district's temporary website.
The school district has posted the contact information for each of the district's school buildings and administration and recent Board of Education notes.
For parents, the temporary website still have information on fall sports tryout information, registration forms and summer work assignments. School supply lists for elementary school students have been posted.
