Smithtown East students had no qualms over the possibility of taking a Breathalyzer test at last weekend's prom, according to a video on SmithtownRadio.com.
In late May, the Smithtown Board of Education voted, 5-1, to enact an alcohol detection policy,
“It’s not going to affect me personally, and I think it’s a great idea,” said Despina Bubaris, a senior at Smithtown High School East. ”People should be responsible for the actions that they take.”
