PHOTO: Giants Receiver Cruz Visits Lake Grove

Wide receiver signs copies of his new book at Barnes & Noble Tuesday.

Still fairly fresh off of his Super Bowl XLVI performance, Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz hit the Lake Grove Barnes & Noble on Tuesday to sign copies of his new book, Out of the Blue.

Cruz, known for his good hands on the field and penchant for salsa dance celebrations in the end zone, has been touring the country to promote the book, which focuses on the athlete's rise from the streets of Patterson, NJ as a youth to the celebrated receiver he's become today.

Locals packed the story to grab an autographed copy of the book and meet Cruz.

We can all make a statement one way or another when we vote. However, that statement should be madeRead More on a state level not the local level. Boards of Ed are powerless to do any real cost cutting. The state needs to take this on. We need real reform in Albany to reduce the ever increasing pensions and life long benefits that educators enjoy. Combine this with letting Albany decide salary increases for all educators and we can guaranty tax reductions over the next few years. Its that simple, Boards cannot do these. Lets get Albany to move on these NOW!
