Report: Former West Lacrosse Star Named All-American Honorable Mention

Drexel University and former West lacrosse player Scott Perri was named as an All-American honorable mention, according to a Drexel University Athletics report.

Drexel University men's lacrosse senior and former West star Scott Perri was named as an All-American honorable mention by the United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, according to a Drexel University Athletics report.

According to the report, the attackman, , led the conference in goals, assists and points per game, and is ranked in the top 10 nationally in all three categories. The Drexel senior wrapped up the regular season with 66 points, the most for a Drexel player since 1991 when John Colt had 69 points. He also had 39 goals and 27 assists.

Perri was named honorable mention along with junior goalkeeper teammate Mark Manos, the first Drexel teammates to be named to the All-American team in the same year in more than 50 years, the report said.
