Community Update

Tic Toc could be such a gold mine, very urban setting with the large window/doors that open up to the street. However, the inside IS SO DIRTY, I can't eat there. Why isn't the health dept shutting them down. the place needs to be shut down and renovated and I bet they could be another Maureen's kitchen, who can't keep up with their business and patron's need another place to go.
