How to Pay 'Wholesale" for College

Smithtown Public Library is offering a free college planning workshop at 7 p.m. called "How to Pay 'Wholesale' for College" for middle-class families that includes tips on what savings counts against you and which doesn't, choosing schools strategically, how to get merit scholarships and more at the main branch. Space is limited, pre-registration is suggested. 

Smithtown Board of Zoning Appeals

Smithtown Board of Zoning Appeals will be hosting its second meeting of October on Tuesday, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Eugene Cannataro Senior Citizen Center on Middle Country Road. Watch Patch this week for more information on what's on the agenda.

Smithtown Budget Hearing

Smithtown's elected officials will host a public hearing on the town's proposed 2014 budget on Thursday at 8 p.m. in the Eugene Cannataro Senior Citizen Center, 420 Middle Country Road, Smithtown.
