The Week Ahead: Summer Concert Under the Stars

Here's what's happening this week in Smithtown.

SCOPE Environmental Adventure Camp Animal Adaptations
Learn all about the creature features that make it possible for animals to survive in a variety of habitats from the beach to the forests of Sunken Meadow State Park.  Get up close and personal with a new group of animals each day.  Out of camp trips and beach day part of the program.  Open to campers grades 1-8. 8:30AM-3:00PM

Seafood Fest at Sunken Meadow Beach
This summer, join friends and family on Wednesdays, beginning May 23rd through September 5 from 6-9 p.m. at Field 1 at Sunken Meadow for a great dinner at a spectacular location. $25 per person. Reservations recommended.
 
Smithtown Youth Bureau Summer Programs
Smithtown Youth Bureau offers nine summer courses for children entering grades 2 - 12 in the 2013-14 school. Topics range from Stranger Awareness to practical skills such as Babysitting Skills and Leadership Development. Camps happen all week, click the link for details. 

Concerts Under the Stars with the Smithtown Community Band
Catch some live music under the skies at the Smithtown Historical Society Frank Brush Barn Grounds. Tuesday, 8 p.m.

GREASE
This classic summer musical takes to the stage on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Smithtown Theater.
