Smithtown Town Clerk
The Town Clerk's Office maintains custody of all vital town records and documents official town government activities. Smithtown Town Clerk and Registrar Vincent Puleo also oversees the storage of other important Smithtown information, including committee minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, insurance certificates, bonds, licenses, special assessments, annexations and oaths of offices.
